Ammok bringing the dark magic of the Malihedron to aid the blighted Ogrun of the Dragon's legion
Ammok the Truthbearer is a blighted Ogrun and the self-appointed high priest of the new messiah chosen as the bearer of the Malihedron, an ancient Morrdic relic of necromantic power. The relic radiates an aura of necromantic anguish that cause its victims to disgorge their own eyes and rip their tongues in an ecstasy of dark magic. Everblight sent a number of disposable pawns to attempt its recovery only to fail until Ammok succeeded. [1]
History[]
Ammok was a mountain hermit dwelling on an isolated peak east of the Shard Spires. After his blighting he became worshipful and violent as all blighted ogrun do, but his twisted mind turned inward, dedicated less to bloodthirsty pillaging than to howling praises of Everblight.[1]
After many failed attempts and acquiring the Malihedron, Everblight perceived that Ammok’s oddly skewed perspective might let him succeed and Thagrosh sent Ammok to claim the Malihedron as a holy quest. Eager to obey his new korune and god, Ammok left the Legion and vanished for years and was thought destroyed until he returned with the relic. While Ammok’s madness shielded him his spiritual visions and delusions have increased and enters into deranged chants in the height of battle and refuses to allow any others to touch the Malihedron. All the while, Everblight experiments with the effects of sending his energies through the device, seeking to unlock even greater powers from within.[1]
